We accept PayPal as our online payment, and postal order, bank cheques, BACS and cash on delivery. Please contact us for more details.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Our shipping fee incorporates a handling charge. We use 24/72 hours sign for courier service for all our orders. Please give a delivery address where someone will be available. Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days, please do contact us if you have more urgent requirements. 90 % our orders deliver very next day. If goods are returned to Swingcar.co.uk because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.

Items going by carrier to the highlands of Scotland Northern Ireland Isle of Man Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles cost extra by carrier. Please contact us before you buy or if you require further help/information.

RETURNS POLICY:
Returns accepted within 7 days if returned in new and unused condition in original packaging, damaged goods must be notified within 2 days of receipt. Please notify us by email prior to return we will try and rectify problem for you. We will offer replacement, (parts may be sent if this is the best option ) reshipment, or refunds to make sure you are 100% happy if item is damaged during transit or defective item is not as described, we shipped you the wrong product Please contact us by emails for further help. We will not refund/exchange if the item has suffered fault/damage/failure through accidental/deliberate/excessive or misuse. If the goods are not faulty you have 7 working days from the day after the goods arrive to cancel the order and return the goods for a refund. A refund will be provided (less carriage charges) within 7 days.
